Lombard Falcons Junior Football & Cheer is a non-profit organization and we are dependent on participant fees & fundraisers to help maintain our program. Scholarships are based on the availability of funds, however, we are committed to serve families, regardless of income and do not want to exclude any child due to financial reasons.

If you are in need of assistance, please complete the application below and return it with all supporting documentation to info@lombardfalcons.net by May 1st of the season starting in the Fall. Be sure to include the additional information listed on the application form.

Applications will be reviewed by the Executive Board and all information provided is strictly confidential.
